While the news of Blackpink’s Rose making her solo debut next month hit the wire, YG Entertainment released their official position.
“Rose is preparing for her solo debut. We will inform you of the exact comeback schedule through an official announcement,” stated the agency.
Rose made headlines when she unveiled “GONE,” a sub-title song from her upcoming solo album, at Blackpink’s livestream concert “The Show” held on Jan 31. With expectations already through the roof, attention focuses on Rose’s long-awaited solo debut.
Meanwhile, Blackpink successfully completed their first livestream concert, attracting 280,000 viewers.
