Earlier today, a media outlet reported that Hyun Bin recently moved into a luxury villa, possibly as marriage preparation, but the actor’s agency dismissed all rumors.
On Jan 30, Ilyo Newspaper reported, “Hyun Bin bought a new high-end villa in Guri-si, Gyeonggi Province, and moved in only recently,” and added that this choice could have been made with a marriage in mind.
According to the report, the villa Hyun Bin purchased in a penthouse located in Achiul Village in Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, and Hyun Bin reportedly bought this 70-pyeong (approximately 2,491 square feet) luxury villa for 4.8 billion KRW (approximately $4.3 million).
Achiul Village is considered one of the most environmentally friendly neighborhoods adjacent to Seoul. Last year, actor Oh Yeon Seo moved into the village’s new villa, and singer JYP (Park Ji Young) was seen living in a detached house within the village in a broadcast.
However, the actor’s agency stated, “He didn’t purchase it as a matrimonial home. We cannot confirm the details about an artist’s private residence.”
Meanwhile, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin admitted their relationship on Jan 1 and confirmed that they grew closer after finishing their drama Crash Landing On You.
