Suga will attend BTS’s official schedule about two months after his shoulder surgery.

An official from Big Hit Entertainment confirmed to Dispatch, “Suga will indeed attend the Big Hit Labels’ concert to be held on the 31st.”

Of course, however, he will be only participating in performances that don’t require dynamic movements. He explained, “He is currently focusing on his recovery while undergoing rehabilitation treatment. Doing intense movements is out of the question.”

Suga personally announced his attendance through a live broadcast. “I think I will be on stage for songs that don’t require performance. I’ll also be holding the mic in my right hand, instead of the left,” he added. “It takes a long time for an arm to recover fully. (Doctor told me) that it would take about 6 months. I’m getting better but it’s a slow process.”

The artist also expressed his desire to perform on stage, saying, “I’ve always been busy at the end of every year. But I’m bored (this year) because I am doing nothing. I really want to get on the stage.”

Suga underwent shoulder surgery last month when the pain he got from an accident back in 2012 became unbearable.

Meanwhile, Big Hit Labels Concert “2021 New Year’s Eve Live” will be held on Dec 31 at 9:30 pm KST at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The event will only be held online.
