Jung Il Woo will resume filming for his new drama Bossam – Stealing Fate (literal title). And earlier, he was tested negative for COVID-19.
According to a media outlet, Jung Il Woo will resume filming the drama on Nov 30. He was released from his self-isolation as soon as he received negative results.
Earlier, a supporting actor who worked on Bossam – Stealing Fate was confirmed with COVID-19. Soon, all staff and actors were tested today (Nov 24). Later in the day, the production team announced that 3 out of 131 tested subjects received positive results. Two more supporting actors who made contact with the first confirmed patient were confirmed with COVID-19.
The rest of the actors and staff all received negative results. However, the filming will be suspended for a week for safety reasons.
Jung Il Woo will also open up his personal YouTube channel “1 Il 1 Woo (1 Day 1 Woo)” on Nov 27 at 6 p.m. KST. With this channel, the actor plans to share his daily life with his fans and present various content such as cooking, vlog, and behind-the-scenes clips.
Bossam – Stealing Fate will tell the story of a person who accidentally kidnaps a princess. Kwon Yuri and Jung Il Woo will be taking the lead roles. Golden Time director Kwon Seok Jang will be in charge of directing, and writer Kim Ji Soo and writer Park Chul joined hands for this project. Bossam – Stealing Fate is in the midst of filming with a goal to release in the first half of next year.
