Former B.A.P member Himchan is under police investigation for drunk driving.
The Gangnam Police Station said that they have booked Himchan for drunk driving and are investigating him now.
On October 26 at around 11:30 p.m. KST, Himchan was driving under the influence of alcohol near Hakdong intersection in Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, and hit a guardrail. Fortunately, there was no casualty. It has been reported that Himchan’s blood-alcohol level was at the level of revocation of his license (0.08 percent or higher).
On a side note, Himchan is currently involved in a lawsuit on charges of forcibly molesting a woman in her 20s at a pension in Joan-myeon, Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, in July 2018. At the time, he denied the charges and said that the two had a mutual interest in each other, but the prosecution indicted Himchan on charges of indecent assault.
Two days ago, Himchan released his new single Reason Of My Life and scheduled to hold an untact fan meeting on October 31 and November 1.
