Weekend dramas are showing impressive results.
According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of KBS’s Homemade Love Story, which has finally taken off its veil on Sept. 19, garnered 23.3% viewership. This is even higher than the viewership recorded in the first episode of Once Again, which recently ended amid hot popularity, raising the expectations for the future performance.
The 8th episode of SBS’s Alice surpassed the double-digit mark by recording 10% viewership in the second part. At the moment when Yoo Tae Yi (Kim Hee Sun), who traveled to 2021, learned about Park Jin Gyum’s (Joo Won) death, viewership soared up to 11.1%, recording the drama’s highest viewership.
Also, the 6th episode of Channel A’s Lie After Lie recorded 4.4% viewership, proving viewers’ hot love. This is not only the best record of the drama but also the best record of the network.
Jo Seung Woo and Bae Doo Na’s cooperation is shining again. The 11th episode of tvN’s Stranger 2 topped the viewership of the same time slot, recording 8% viewership in the Seoul metropolitan area and 6.8% viewership nationwide.
