The film Spiritwalker, directed by Yoon Jae Geun, has been invited to the Sitges Film Festival.

It has been confirmed that the film Spiritwalker has been invited to the Panorama Fantàstic section of the 53rd Sitges Film Festival.

Panorama Fantàstic is one of the official competition sections of the festival. It’s a competition for fantasy and horror-themed films of all nationalities, previously unreleased in Spain, produced throughout the year and with an independent inclination.

Spiritwalker is a fantasy action film about a man who loses his memory and subsequently wakes up in a new body every twelve hours, finding his true identity.

The film drew attention as the meeting between Yoo Kye Sang and the production team of The Outlaws, The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil, and Tunnel. It is also Yoon Kye Sang’s first action film in three years since The Outlaws.

An official said, “We will provide thrilling fun with fresh settings that we have never seen before. Please look forward to whether we can capture the hearts of overseas audiences.“

Spiritwalker is scheduled to be released later this year.
