Singer Sunmi will host the talk show for the first time since her debut,
Sunmi was selected as the MC for SBS’s special pilot program Sunmi’s Video Store (literal translation). The show finished filming last week and is scheduled to air on June 7.
Sunmi’s Video Store is an archive human documentary talk show that rediscovers people’s lives through memory (archive).
After joining Makeus Entertainment, Sunmi solidified her position as a solo singer by making back-to-back hits with “Gashina,” “Heroine,” and “Siren.”
In particular, she is taking an unrivaled step with music that firmly shows her identity, capturing the listeners’ hearts with unconventional stage performances, and solid concepts, even creating a newly coined term “Sunmi Pop.”
SBS’s Sunmi’s Video Store is set to premiere at 11:05 p.m. on June 7 KST.
