BtoB’s Im Hyun Sik announced that he will be enlisting in the army on May 11th, the same day his band mate Yook Sung Jae will be enlisting.
Im Hyun Sik and Yook Sung Jae will be the fourth and fifth member to serve in the army, putting the group in an inevitable hiatus for now. Currently, Lee Chang Sub and Lee Min Hyuk are still serving while the group’s leader, Seo Eun Kwang, recently got discharged.
When releasing his solo album last year, Im Hyun Sik shared, “I think I will become more mature after going to the army. I think BtoB will be celebrating our 10th year anniversary around the time I get discharged, and I will look forward to it and prepare myself for it.”
