On May 3rd, BtoB’s Yook Sung Jae announced on his social media that he will be enlisting in the army on May 11th.
He wrote, “I’m sure many of you will be surprised by this, but I have decided to enlist in the army on May 11th. I’m sure many people are surprised and worried because of the sudden announcement, but I gained the confidence that I will be loved and be okay no matter where I go seeing how my fans have loved me so far. I’m not worried at all, and I think I’ll be able to go without getting nervous.”
Yook Sung Jae also added, “Although BtoB will be inevitably on hiatus because the members have been enlisting back to back, we know that our fans are waiting for us, so we are gathering our strength dreaming about the day we will meet again. Thank you so much always, and I ask for your continuous support.”
