Lee Min Ho talked about what it has been like working with his co-star Kim Go Eun in the upcoming drama The King: Eternal Monarch.
On April 16th, Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun discussed the highly anticipated drama at a press conference streamed online. The actor said, “Kim Go Eun’s strength is her stare that changes from moment to moment. During the shoot, she sometimes looked charismatic and sometimes looked like a shy girl. She has a variety of charms. She had a wide range of roles including the movie Coin Locker Girl and drama Goblin, and I think I know why when I look at her eyes. Today her eyes look very kind.”
Kim Go Eun also shared some kind words about her co-star by saying, “Lee Min Ho has a very good personality. Usually, it feels awkward when you first start shooting, but we got close naturally without feeling that. I was able to focus on my role because he did a good job of leading me.”
And Lee Min Ho quickly added, “I made her feel comfortable, but she still calls me her senior. I wonder when she’s going to call me oppa. I think she may never call me that.”
The King: Eternal Monarch, starring Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun, will air its first episode on April 17th.
