Actor So Ji Sub and Cho Eun Jung got married today.
The actor’s agency, 51k, announced that So Ji Sub and Cho Eun Jung got married. In an official statement, they said, “The two, who admitted their relationship last year, promised to be partners for life based on their trust and love for each other, and submitted their marriage registration and became a married couple as of April 7.”
The couple also announced their good deeds at the same time. “In accordance with So Ji Sub and Cho Eun Jung’s wishes to keep the most important and happiest moments of their life quiet, only the immediate family members will gather for a small wedding,” the actor’s agency added. “They also decided to donate 50 million KRW (approx. 40,920 USD) to Good Neighbors in order to comfort and help those in need in this time of difficulty, and replace the big wedding ceremony by supporting tablet PCs and smart devices for children.”
Lastly, the agency said, “We ask you to congratulate the two who are about to start a new chapter of their lives.”
So Ji Sub and Cho Eun Jung met when Cho Eun Jung acted as a reporter on SBS’s Access Showbiz Tonight. In March 2018, So Ji Sub was interviewed regarding his movie Be With You, and reportedly fell in love with each other.
