The fourth season of KBS’s flagship entertainment show 1 Night 2 Days marked the third month of the show.
The 1 Night 2 Days series was so popular that it was once called a “national entertainment show.” Naturally, 1 Night 2 Days Season 4 marked a good start with viewer ratings of 15.7%, commensurate with its reputation.
However, the show is still barely maintaining its 10% ratings. They received even more embarrassing grades in the popularity category. According to Good Data Corporation, a TV news survey agency, 1 Night 2 Days Season 4 maintained the top 10 non-drama popularity for four weeks after its first episode, but failed to do so as of the first week of January.
In the midst of this, even ratings have been overtaken by rival programs. According to Nielsen Korea, , a ratings survey agency, 1 Night 2 Days aired on March 1 recorded 10 % viewership nationwide. MBC’s King of Mask Singer, which aired at the same time, edged out with 10.3% viewership.
The figures for the past three months are negative, but fortunately, the members are getting closer to each other. With the exception of singer Kim Jong Min, the five members and the production team, who were all newly hired, needed time to adjust.
However, it is time for 1 Night 2 Days Season 4 to show a new breakthrough.
