tvN’s Free Doctor M took viewers on a tour of the opulent London residence of Son Heung Min, Tottenham Hotspur’s captain.
The entertainment reporter said, “Son Heung Min’s current house, where he moved in 2019, is a luxury apartment located in Hampstead, north of London. Surrounded by Hampstead Heath Park, a famous filming location for the movie Notting Hill, it is an affluent residential area preferred by the wealthy British class.”
When asked, “Did Son Heung Min buy this place?,” the real estate expert on the show answered, “No details have been revealed yet. If he had purchased a room in the building, he would have paid more than 10 billion won ($7.5 million). But if he is just paying the monthly rent, he is probably paying around 40,000 pounds ($49,947) a month.”
The real estate expert explained, “The place where Son Heung Min resides is in the form of apartment-style housing in the UK, and there are 20 households in one apartment complex.” The entertainment reporter added, “Son Heung Min’s unit has three rooms, and he lives there with his parents.”
The real estate expert further explained, “This house has a dedicated 24-hour concierge service for residents, which can assist with tasks such as parcel management, reservations for common spaces, and even light bulb replacement.” Additionally, it was noted that the common areas are fully equipped with various facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, business meeting room, and private office, leaving viewers in awe.
