BTS’ Jin briefly introduced his piping hot solo single “The Astronaut” in a clip released by Bighit Music.
The singer started off by saying, “I’m a bit nervous and shy about being here alone without my members. Although I’ve worked on some solo songs for my birthdays, ARMYs and BTS albums, my heart is pounding so hard right now as it is my first time releasing my solo album under my name.”
He explained, “The song features an acoustic guitar riff and a cool synthesizer groove to listen to, and the lyrics are dedicated to ARMYs who made me grow and mature as BTS’ Jin.”
The new single’s music video was filmed in the United States. Jin described, “The video has me from another planet unexpectedly landing on Earth. Although I have to return to my home planet, I eventually decide to stay where the people and things I care for are.”
