Unexpected Business is coming back with a second season.
According to tvN, Unexpected Business will return with a new season in the first half of 2022. The production crew and original cast – Cha Tae Hyun and Jo In Sung – will join hands once again.
Unexpected Business followed the two men as they blended into the neighborhood and experienced the ups and downs of running a store in the countryside. The stellar guest lineup also made headlines throughout the broadcast. Cha Tae Hyun and Jo In Sung’s chemistry with their close friends who visited the store and their candid talks became a hot topic every week.
The show recorded average ratings of 6.4% nationwide. It also soared as high as 8.1% ratings, ranking first among all shows aired in the same time slot.
In this coming season, the two actors will tell another winter fairy tale with new friends in a new place.
Director Ryu Ho Jin shared, “Thanks to the support of the viewers who loved Unexpected Business, we’re coming back with a second season.
