IU and Heo Nam Jun are teaming up once again.
My Daily reported on July 11thth that Heo Nam Jun is set to star in the music video for the title track of IU’s upcoming album, which drops this September.
Filming is scheduled for early next month. This marks a reunion for the two, who previously delivered a powerful performance in the music video for “Never Ending Story”, the title track of IU’s third remake album, A Flower Bookmark 3, released last May.
Heo Nam Jun previously shared his excitement about working with the superstar, recalling, “Every day leading up to the shoot felt like a party. Just knowing that IU even knew I existed was enough for me to feel like I had no regrets.”
Despite his packed schedule, the actor jumped at the chance to collaborate again. Following his breakout success in My Royal Nemesis, Heo was immediately cast in the upcoming project Whale Star, but he still carved out time to answer IU’s call.
IU’s new album will drop just ahead of her highly anticipated concerts at Goyang Stadium this September.
