Ju Haknyeon was seen attending THE BOYZ‘s concert, following his departure from the team due to a dating controversy involving an adult film actress.
He posted several photos on his social media account on April 26th without including any specific captions. These images showed the stage from the group’s concert, “INTERSECTION,” which took place over three days at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. Eyewitness accounts of his visit also spread across online communities after fans reportedly spotted him watching the performance while wearing a hat and accessories to hide his face.
This public appearance follows a major controversy in May of last year involving Ju Haknyeon and former Japanese adult film actress and model Kirara Asuka. He was reportedly seen drinking with acquaintances and engaging in physical contact, such as hugging, with the actress in Japan. The Japanese weekly magazine Shukan Bunshun captured these scenes and contacted the group’s agency, ONE HUNDRED, for official confirmation.
ONE HUNDRED launched an investigation into the matter and discussed the situation with the remaining members of THE BOYZ. The agency eventually confirmed Ju Haknyeon’s exit from the team and the termination of his exclusive contract. Ju Haknyeon later posted a handwritten apology to his fans on social media to address the incident. He has continued to fully deny separate allegations of solicitation that were raised by some parties regarding the meeting.
