Girl’s Day Hyeri is another idol turned real estate mogul dabbling with millions in the market. However, there were rumors of her selling properties at large sums that were disproven by her agency. Allegedly, Hyeri put a Seoul property purchased in August 2022 for 7.75 billion won ($5.2 million) on the market for 14.5 billion won ($9.8 million) last month. It’s true she demolished the old building and built a new one with two basement levels and six floors above ground for around 10.7 billion won ($7.2 million), and if sold at the current price, Hyeri could make a profit of about 4 billion won ($2.7 million) in just four years. However, Hyeri’s agency SUBLIME firmly denied reports that her property is up for sale. The real estate in question was never listed, and agents have no knowledge of the price mentioned in the article.

Aside from his alleged July wedding, Ha Jung Woo is drawing attention after Hankyung reported the actor is currently selling two properties—one in Gwancheol-dong, Jongno District, and another in Bangi-dong, Songpa District, Seoul, on February 19th. Known as Korea’s most prominent real estate investing entertainers, Ha Jung Woo owns buildings across Jongno, Songpa, Sokcho, and Seodaemun. Fans wonder if the wedding with Cha Jung Won prompted the sale of about half of his portfolio. The Jonggak property is reportedly being discussed at around 9.5 billion KRW (approx. 6.6 million USD), while the Bangi-dong building, originally purchased for 12.7 billion KRW, has been listed at 17 billion KRW.
