IU and Byun Woo Seok will be on a highly anticipated episode of the YouTube music talk show on IU’s official YouTube channel.
Xports News reported on March 6th that Byun Woo Seok and his co-stars from the upcoming MBC drama Perfect Crown, Yu Su Bin and Lee Yeon, have confirmed their appearance and are currently coordinating the shooting schedule.
This marks a significant milestone as the Perfect Crown team will be the first guests of IU’s official YouTube channel in 2026. Fans are eager to see the chemistry between IU and Byun Woo Seok as they share behind-the-scenes stories from their new project. A major highlight of the episode is expected to be Byun Woo Seok’s live singing performance, following the praise he received for his singing in the hit drama Lovely Runner.
Since its launch in 2020 on IU’s official channel, IU’s show has hosted top stars like Gong Yoo and Park Bo Gum. This latest collaboration follows the success of IU’s Netflix series When Life Gives You Tangerines and Byun Woo Seok’s breakout role in Lovely Runner. Their new drama, Perfect Crown, is a romance set in a modern-day South Korean constitutional monarchy, starring IU as a chaebol heiress and Byun Woo Seok as a prince far removed from the line of succession.
The series wrapped filming in January and is scheduled to premiere on MBC on April 10th.
