Agents of Mystery is back—and Season 2 is promising a much bigger mystery.
The Netflix adventure mystery series returns globally on February 27th, following a team that investigates and solves strange, unexplainable cases. Created by producer Jung Jong Yeon, known for hit genre shows like The Devil’s Plan and The Great Escape, the series first debuted in 2024 and quickly built a dedicated fanbase.
Season 2 expands its scale, taking investigations outdoors and diving deeper into its darker supernatural world. The returning cast—Lee Yong Jin, John Park, Hyeri, Kim Do Hoon, and Karina—step back into their roles as agents of the secret organization “XIN.”. New member Gabee joins the team, adding fresh energy to the mission.
The newly released main poster shows the team walking across a shadowy reservoir under the tagline, “Investigation unfolds. The mystery deepens,” hinting at higher stakes ahead.
The trailer leans into cinematic tension. Faced with a scale they have never encountered before, one member even blurts out, “We’re in a movie.” But awe quickly turns to fear as chilling mysteries unfold and the team finds itself overwhelmed.At one turning point, Karina declares, “Well, if we die, we die. Let’s go” reigniting the group’s determination as they push forward to uncover the truth.
With unknown forces closing in and missions growing more dangerous, the question remains: can the team complete their investigation this time?
