Idol School star Som Hevin has shared surprise wedding news, announcing that she has married fellow musician Kim Ye Hoon.
Som Hevin recently took to Instagram to post a series of wedding photos taken with her partner, drawing immediate attention from fans. Alongside the images, she confirmed the news simply, writing, “I’m getting married.”
Acknowledging that the announcement might come as a surprise, Som Hevin shared a deeply personal message about her journey. “After meeting God, I experienced true rest and a powerful sense of peace,” she wrote. “And within the Lord, I met the one person I want to spend my entire life with.”
She went on to describe Kim Ye Hoon as someone who shares her faith, genuinely cherishes her, and brings warmth and calm into her life with honesty and care. “He’s a loving person,” she wrote. “Together, we built a faith-centered family rooted in love on a day in February. We’ll live beautifully and romantically.”
Born in 1996, Som Hevin first gained public attention in 2017 through Mnet’s audition program Idol School. In 2019, she publicly came out as bisexual and later revealed that she was in a same-sex relationship, which sparked widespread discussion. The couple later parted ways, with Som Hevin continuing her music career under different names, including Some Hein.
Her husband, Kim Ye Hoon, was born in 1998 and is two years younger. He has been active as a singer, releasing tracks such as “With You” and “The hug I owe you” over the past year.
