Park Bo Gum is bringing feel-good vibes to primetime with his new variety show.

tvN has unveiled a heartwarming teaser poster and trailer for The Village Barber, starring Park Bo Gum, Lee Sang Yi, and Kwak Dong Yeon. The series is set to premiere on January 30th.

Dubbed a healing variety, the show follows three close friends as they open a pop-up barbershop in a quiet rural village, offering not just haircuts but comfort, conversation, and a sense of warmth. Park Bo Gum, who holds a barber license, leads the operation alongside his longtime friends Lee Sang Yi and Kwak Dong Yeon.

The newly released poster captures a storybook-like scene: snow gently falling as the trio styles a customer’s hair in a yard blanketed in white. With bright smiles all around, the image teases a gentle, slow-paced story that feels like a warm cup of tea on a winter day.

The trailer further highlights each member’s role. Park Bo Gum shines as the attentive head barber, greeting customers with soft manners and saying, “Please let me know if anything feels uncomfortable,” while carefully applying product and trimming hair with focused precision.

Lee Sang Yi brings easygoing charm and high energy. Whether hauling heavy compost or chatting up customers, he naturally puts people at ease. He also takes charge of nail care, lifting up everyone’s spirits.

Meanwhile, Kwak Dong Yeon steals the spotlight in the kitchen. Known for his cooking skills, he confidently grills fish-shaped pastries and whips up hearty side dishes like tofu and kimchi, handling everything from the trio’s meals to snacks for guests.

With Park Bo Gum on hair, Lee Sang Yi on nails, and Kwak Dong Yeon on food, the three form an easy, well-balanced team that promises both laughter and comfort. The Village Barber premieres on the 30th at 8:40 PM KST on tvN.
