December belonged to HUNTR/X, Hwasa, CORTIS, and Stray Kids, who each took top honors across Circle Chart’s major categories.

According to the Korea Music Content Association, HUNTR/X claimed No.1 on the Global K-Pop Chart, Hwasa pulled off a six-crown sweep, CORTIS topped the Album Chart, and Stray Kids led the Retail Album Chart.

HUNTR/X—alongside EJAE, Audrey Nuna, Rei Ami, and the KPop Demon Hunters Cast—extended their reign with “Golden,” marking six consecutive months at No.1 on the Global K-Pop Chart. The track, from Netflix’s hit animation soundtrack, quickly went viral worldwide, fueling a wave of artist covers.

Hwasa delivered December’s biggest surge. After her performance at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards, “Good Goodbye” rocketed back up the charts, landing No.1 on Digital (Circle Index: 90,055,677), Streaming, BGM, V Caller Ring, Ringtone, and Dial Tone—a clean six-category sweep. The emotional ballad spotlights Hwasa’s signature, soul-deep delivery.

Rookies CORTIS hit a milestone with COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES, selling 156,986 copies to take No.1 on the Album Chart. The debut release includes five tracks led by “What You Want,” a confident statement of ambition.

Stray Kids stayed unstoppable. DO IT held the Retail Album Chart crown for a second straight month with 142,919 copies, kicking off the group’s SKZ IT TAPE era with their boldest sound yet.

On the Download Chart, Doyoung took No.1 with the heartfelt ballad “Promise.” Meanwhile, TWICE dominated Social Chart 3.0 for a third month, and TWS logged December’s biggest jump.

Also released were the Circle Chart results for Week 1 of 2026 (December 26th, 2025–January 3rd, 2026). During the week, HUNTR/X once again topped the Global K-Pop Chart with “Golden,” while Hwasa added another five-crown sweep with “Good Goodbye.” Rookie group SAY MY NAME scored a double win as &Our Vibe landed No.1 on both the Album and Retail Album charts.
