It’s the reunion fans have been waiting for. Kim Hye Yoon is officially set to appear on tvN’s hit talk show, You Quiz on the Block.
iMBC Entertainment confirmed on December 19th that Kim will be meeting with host Yoo Jae Suk for an upcoming episode.
Her appearance has been a long-standing wish for fans, especially following the massive success of her drama Lovely Runner. Viewers have been eager to hear her side of the story ever since her co-star, Byun Woo Seok, appeared on the show earlier this year.
During his episode, Byun generated huge buzz by crediting Kim for his performance. “I don’t think I could have expressed Sun Jae’s emotions without Hye Yoon,” he said. “The feelings she conveyed on set felt so genuine that I was able to portray the role better.”
He even left her a heartfelt video message on the show: “Hye Yoon, I learned a lot from your energy and attitude on set. Thank you for helping me bring Sun Jae to life. If you ever want to eat something delicious, just call me anytime. I’ll buy it for you. I was incredibly grateful.”
Now, Kim Hye Yoon will finally have the chance to respond.
Looking ahead, the actress is set to return to screens in January 2026 with the new SBS drama No Tail to Tell. She will star as Eun Ho, an eccentric Gen Z nine-tailed fox who refuses to become human, opposite a self-absorbed human character played by Kang Si Yeol.
