EXO member D.O. (also known as Do Kyung Soo) is parting ways with his agency, COMPANY SOOSOO.
MyDaily reported on November 4th that D.O.’s contract with the agency expired earlier this month, and he has decided not to renew it.
D.O. signed with COMPANY SOOSOO in November 2023. The agency was founded by his longtime former manager from SM Entertainment, Nam Kyung Soo, after he decided to strike out on his own. D.O. expressed his intention to move on after two years of working together, and both parties have mutually agreed to part ways.
He is now reportedly a high-profile free agent, with numerous management agencies already approaching him. He is said to be carefully considering his options for a new home base.
While D.O. is leaving the agency, COMPANY SOOSOO will continue to manage his current schedules until his ongoing solo Asia tour wraps up. The tour is scheduled to conclude with final shows in Seoul on December 6th and 7th.
The news comes just as D.O. is set to showcase a major acting transformation. His new Disney Plus series, The Manipulated, is set to be released on November 5th.
