Global superstars BTS are reportedly planning a massive world tour for next year, their first since completing their mandatory military service. According to a report from Bloomberg on October 26th, the group is looking at approximately 65 performances worldwide in 2026, with over 30 of those shows planned for North America.
The news comes just months after the final member, Suga, was discharged from his service in June, officially reuniting all seven members. The group has reportedly been spending time in the United States working on new music with their agency, HYBE, and are planning to release a new album in late March 2026.
This comeback album will mark their first full-group music release in nearly three years, since their 10th-anniversary single “Take Two” (which was pre-recorded before their enlistment) dropped in June 2023.
It’s been even longer since fans saw the full group perform live together. Their last tour, ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE,’ concluded in 2022 and drew an estimated 4 million viewers through both in-person concerts and online streaming.
The mere report of a potential world tour has already had a significant impact. Following the Bloomberg story, HYBE’s stock price surged over 9% in morning trading on October 27th.
