King Kong by Starship, the agency representing top actors Yoo Yeon Seok and Lee Dong Wook, has issued a strong warning to obsessive fans who are invading their artists’ privacy. On October 20th, the agency announced it will now be taking strict legal measures against this behavior.
The agency’s statement specifically addressed recent issues concerning Yoo Yeon Seok, noting that “unauthorized visits to the artist’s residence and private spaces” have been happening continuously.
They also highlighted a similar and ongoing problem for Lee Dong Wook, particularly during his overseas schedules. The agency warned that “obtaining flight information through improper means or approaching the artist onboard by using the same flight” will be considered an invasion of privacy and subject to legal action.
The agency concluded by asking for the fans’ cooperation to protect the artists’ safety and rights.
