Netflix has officially greenlit Physical: 100 USA (working title).
Today, Netflix announced that the U.S. version of Physical: 100 is now in production. The original Korean show made headlines worldwide for its raw, no-frills competition to find “the most perfect physique”—and now, the format is set to conquer the American market.
Physical: 100, a survival reality show where 100 of the strongest bodies battle it out for physical dominance, made history with both Season 1 and 2. The show entered the Netflix Global Top 10 (Non-English TV) in over 80 countries and became the first Korean variety show to hit No.1 globally in that category.
The upcoming Physical: 100 USA will retain the high-stakes tension and massive scale of the original, but with elite competitors from across the United States—including athletes from sports, fitness, and military backgrounds.

Netflix’s Nonfiction Director Yoo Ki Hwan commented, “’Physical: 100,’ created in Korea, proved that Korean variety shows can captivate a global audience. ‘Physical: 100 USA’ will continue that momentum and deliver a fresh kind of thrill with a uniquely American flair.”
Yoo also teased another expansion of the Physical universe—Physical: Asia, a Korean-produced third season featuring top athletes from across Asia in the series’ first-ever country-vs-country format. Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao has already confirmed his participation, raising major buzz.
Netflix further revealed plans for a European version of the Physical: 100 format, signaling the show’s rapid rise as a truly global franchise.
Physical: Asia is set to premiere in Q4 of this year, exclusively on Netflix.
