BTS may be gearing up for a long-awaited full-group comeback in March 2026, according to multiple industry insiders.
As Suga is set to complete his military service this Saturday, all seven members will have officially wrapped up their 18-month enlistment. Excitement around the group’s return has been steadily building—and now, there’s a possible timeframe in sight.
Sources within HYBE told The Korea Herald that BTS’s comeback has been tentatively set for March. One overseas-based industry insider added, “The exact date hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it’s likely mid-March. I’ve heard it might coincide with TXT’s comeback—not sure which will come first.”
According to another insider, ENHYPEN, the boy group under HYBE subsidiary BELIFT LAB, originally planned a March comeback but moved their return up to January to avoid scheduling conflicts with BTS. Regarding these reports, Big Hit Music stated, “Nothing has been finalized.”
Though March is still nine months away, HYBE CEO Lee Jae Sang previously emphasized that the members would need sufficient time to rest and create music after military service. During a shareholders’ meeting in March, he stated, “We’re working with top-tier producers, but the members also need time to reflect and regroup creatively.”
Meanwhile, Jin will kick off his solo fan concert tour “Runseokjin_EP.Tour” on the 28th in Goyang, South Korea. The tour will span nine cities—including Osaka, Dallas, Tampa, London, and Amsterdam—with 18 shows scheduled through August 10th. This schedule makes a full group comeback within this year unlikely.
However, some industry observers suggest the possibility of pre-release singles or separate projects ahead of their official comeback.
