Jang Keun Suk opened the doors to his 80-pyeong (approx. 2,830 sq ft) luxury home for the first time on broadcast. The reveal aired during episode 11 of MBN’s show Let’s GO 4 on April 20th, as entertainers Ahn Jung Hwan and Hong Hyun Hee visited the actor at his home.
The 35-year acting veteran announced that it would be his home’s first time on television, immediately drawing attention. As he walked the neighborhood with Ahn and Hong, Jang shared, “I’ve lived here for six years. I did a full renovation to get the interior just right—ceiling, floors, walls, everything.”
His family home is right next door. “Sometimes my dad will walk by and ask, ‘What are you doing?'” Jang said with a laugh. “I used to live with my parents here, but I moved out on my own 12 years ago.”
When Ahn and Hong finally stepped inside, they were blown away by the sleek and luxurious space. Ahn remarked in surprise, “Even the umbrella stand looks expensive.” Hong, eyeing the stylishly arranged living room, added, “This is so nice.”
Jang explained, “I designed the space so I can always relax comfortably. I paid special attention to the lighting.”
The standout feature was certainly a walk-in closet that looked straight out of a department store. “I’ve never hired a cleaning person,” Jang said. “On my days off, I always take time to organize.”
Meanwhile, Jang Keun Suk is known to own multiple properties in both Seoul and Tokyo. His two buildings in Seoul’s Gangnam district are estimated to be worth over 70 billion KRW (approx. 50 million USD), and his Tokyo property is valued at over 60 billion KRW, bringing his known real estate portfolio to around 130 billion KRW.
