BLACKPINK’s Lisa is set to perform at the prestigious Academy Awards ceremony, marking the first time a K-pop artist will take the Oscar stage.

According to an Academy announcement on February 24th, Lisa will perform her new track “Born Again,” featuring American rapper Doja Cat and British singer-songwriter RAYE at the 97th Academy Awards, scheduled for March 2nd at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
“Born Again” is a dynamic and energetic pop track. The collaboration brings together Billboard chart-topper and Grammy Award winner Doja Cat along with RAYE, who dominated last year’s BRIT Awards with six wins.
Lisa is also preparing to release her first solo full-length album Alter Ego on February 28th. The album will include previously released singles “New Again,” “Moonlit Floor,” and “Rockstar.”
