Rosé, Bruno Mars, G-Dragon, SEVENTEEN’s sub-unit BSS, and Park Ji Hyun topped various charts in the January 2025 Circle Chart.

The Korea Music Contents Association announced that Rosé and Bruno Mars achieved two crowns, while G-Dragon topped the Digital Chart, Park Ji Hyun led the Retail Album Chart, and BSS secured first place on the January monthly Album Chart.

Rosé and Bruno Mars topped two charts with “APT.”, dominating the Global K-pop Chart and Streaming Chart for the fourth consecutive month.

G-Dragon’s “HOME SWEET HOME” (feat. Taeyang, Daesung) ranked first on the Digital Chart with a Circle Index of 74,167,957.

BSS claimed the top spot on the Album Chart by selling 499,999 copies of their 2nd single album, TELEPARTY.

Park Ji Hyun’s OCEAN secured first place on the Retail Album Chart, recording 251,969 copies in retail sales.

Onew achieved two crowns with “Winner”, topping both the Download Chart and the BGM Chart.

Hwang Ga Ram’s “I’m a Firefly” dominated multiple categories, ranking first on the V Coloring Chart, Ringtone Chart, Calling Sound Chart, and Karaoke Chart.

The Social Chart 2.0, which provides direct insight into K-pop’s global popularity, was topped by Squid Game sound artist Jung Jae Il. On MyCelebs, Jung Jae Il’s key  terms included “captivating the world,” “igniting hearts,” and “having a broad spectrum.” The artist who showed the biggest jump in rankings on the January Social Chart 2.0 was BIGBANG.

In the 5th week of 2025 (January 26 – February 1, 2025) Circle Chart, Rosé and Bruno Mars’ “APT.” continued its reign on the Global K-pop Chart, while G-Dragon’s “HOME SWEET HOME” (feat. Taeyang, Daesung) topped both the Digital Chart and the Streaming Chart. Meanwhile, Eunhyuk (EUNHYUK) achieved two crowns, topping both the Retail Album Chart and Album Chart with his new album EXPLORER.

Meanwhile, in the Circle Certification album category announced today, Stray Kids’ HOP received a 2 Million certification, while TWICE’s STRATEGY earned a 3 Platinum certification. Rosé’s rosie achieved a 2 Platinum certification, and both ONEUS’ TRICKSTER and CRAVITY’s FIND THE ORBIT were awarded 1 Platinum certification.

In the Streaming Certification category, Kim Min Seok’s “Drunken Confession” and MeloMance’s “Love, May Be” each received a 2 Platinum certification, while Lee Ye Joon’s “On That Day” earned a 1 Platinum certification.
