My Dearest star Ahn Eun Jin is being considered for a role in acclaimed writer Kim Eun Sook’s upcoming drama starring Suzy and Kim Woo Bin.
Her agency UAA announced on the 27th, “Ahn Eun Jin has received an offer to appear in the new drama Everything Will Come True (literal title) and is positively reviewing it.”
Everything Will Come True narrates the story of an emotionally excessive genie (Kim Woo Bin) and Ga Young (Suzy), who is devoid of feelings. The plot revolves around these two characters as they grapple with three wishes.
The drama is the next work of Kim Eun Sook, a maestro of romantic comedies whose credits include The Heirs, Secret Garden, and Descendants of the Sun. Earlier this year, she started a global sensation with her Netflix series The Glory. Joining forces with her is director Lee Byung Hun, recognized for his unique humor in the film Extreme Job and JTBC’s Be Melodramatic.
Previously, Kim Woo Bin and Suzy have confirmed their appearances. Ahn Eun Jin is under consideration for the role of a mysterious woman of enigmatic allure, living in the same house as Ga Young.
Meanwhile, Everything Will Come True, a 12-episode series, is slated for production with a schedule to air it next year.
