Shin Ha Kyun and Kim Young Kwang’s new crime series Evilive has released its new main poster and trailer.

The upcoming Genie TV drama follows the story of a struggling lawyer who attains remarkable success after encountering a despicable man. Bad Guys and Remarriage & Desires director Kim Jung Min helms the series.
The trailer opens with a tense encounter between Han Dong Soo (played by Shin Ha Kyun), the struggling lawyer, and Seo Do Young (Kim Young Gwang), the second-in-command of a criminal organization. Lawyer Han, who doesn’t mind working in the detention center, is tasked with solving a suspicious case involving Do Young, at the request of his younger brother, Han Beom Jae (Shin Jae Ha). During their initial meeting, Do Young makes an enticing offer to Dong Soo while criticizing his background as a former disciplinary lawyer.
As Dong Soo reflects, “I should never have stepped foot in this business in the first place,” a series of gripping events unfolds. On the brink of collapse, the two Han siblings find themselves involved in something irreversible.
Accompanied by the caption, “You will become an evil if you cross this line,” Dong Soo undergoes a significant transformation. The video concludes with Do Young declaring, “We are now in the same boat,” and Dong Soo stating, “We’ll see who lives and who dies.” The mutual wariness between these two villains piques curiosity about their impending fate.
Evilive will drop on October 14th.
