Choo Ja Hyun and Woo Hyo Kwang (aka Yu Xiaoguang) have opened up about the infamous cheating scandal for the first time.
The preview trailer, aired after the July 10th episode of SBS’ Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny, teased the special appearance of Choo Ja Hyun and Woo Hyo Kwang in Episode 300.
The married couple previously gained attention as the “Choo Yu” couple during the show’s first season, with buzzwords like “I like marriage.” In the video, Ja Hyun askes him, “Do you still like marriage?” to which he responded, “I do.” After gaining fame for his deep affection towards his wife, he has now embraced the role of a loving and devoted father to their son. In the upcoming episode, viewers will get a glimpse into the heartwarming life of this family of three – Choo Ja Hyun, Woo Hyo Kwang, and their six-year-old boy.
Meanwhile, in the upcoming episode, the couple will address the affair rumors involving Woo Hyo Kwang that emerged in 2021. At the time, a photo of him with a woman on his lap sparked immense criticism after being released through Chinese media. Woo Hyo Kwang expressed regret, saying, “Regardless of how good of a friend she was, I should have been more cautious about my actions and recognized that they could be misunderstood.”
Choo Ja Hyun also shared her honest thoughts about the scandal for the first time on the show. She explained, “I’ve never talked about this before, and many of you may already be aware of the scandal involving my husband last year. His reckless actions disappointed many.”
