Nam Ji Hyun, Choi Hyun Wook and Kim Moo Yeol to Star in New High School Drama

Nam Ji Hyun, Choi Hyun Wook, and Kim Moo Yeol are set to star in a new drama titled Hi Cookie (literal title).

Hi Cookie is an upcoming high school drama that revolves around the discovery of handmade cookies that have the power to make dreams come true with just one bite. However, as the cookies start to wreak havoc on the elite high school where the story takes place, the characters find themselves facing dangerous consequences. Writer Kang Han and Youth of May director Song Min Yeob will helm the series.

Nam Ji Hyun will play the role of Choi Soo Young, who started working part-time at a factory at 18 to support and care for her 3-year-old sister.

Choi Hyun Wook will play the role of Seo Ho Soo, a genius boy who maintains top grades at Jeonghan High School, the best private high school in South Korea. Despite his difficult circumstances, he works hard and excels academically, but his wealthy classmates considers him as an easy target.

Kim Moo Yeol plays Yoo Sung Pil, the top college consultant in the country. Sung Pil is famous for delivering the best results for his students using any means necessary to make their dreams come true. However, he is a mysterious figure who keeps himself well-hidden.

The production companies Arc Media and Monster Union, have stated that they are currently in the midst of filming and discussing scheduling. They said, “We are planning to release a well-made work that further upgrades the strength of K-school dramas, which have already taken the world by storm, with great dedication and effort.”
