SM Entertainment firmly denied the rumors about EXO’s Suho not returning expensive brand-name sneakers that are worth $76,932.
The agency stated on February 24th, “The post that is currently going viral online and is being assumed to be about Suho is absolutely untrue and has nothing to do with him.”
Yesterday, a stylist made several Instagram Stories posts accusing a celebrity of not returning many pairs of pricey designer sneakers. She wrote, “You want nice things and have no common sense. It’s been over six months since you said you’d return them, but when are you going to give them back? Stop living a fake life and be mindful of others. You are loaded, so buy the things you need with your own money,” along with photos of countless designer sneakers.
Some online users speculated that the idol named by the stylist was Suho of EXO. A day later, SM Entertainment issued an official statement to deny the rumors and warned, “The post that is currently going viral online and is being assumed to be about Suho is absolutely untrue and has nothing to do with him. We are preparing to sue the uploader for defamation through a legal representative and will also take strong legal action against the further spreading of related rumors.”
