(G)I-DLE’s Minnie and English pop star Anne-Marie will be dropping a collaboration single.
On the 15th, Hankyung reported that Minnie and Anne-Marie had recently agreed on the schedule of their collaboration, including recording the track and shooting a promotional video.
Loved in Korea for her hit song “2002,” Anne-Marie has made multiple trips to Korea to perform for her fans, most recently at the music event “SLOW LIFE SLOW LIVE” in October 2022. At the time, the singer had a great time with her fans while in Korea by making appearances on “MMTG – Civilization Express” and “Dingo Music’s Killing Voice.”
After their debut (G)I-DLE in 2018, the act has dropped multiple hit songs like “LION,” “DUMDi DUMDi,” “TOMBOY,” and “Nxde.” (G)I-DLE received the most spotlight last year, making back-to-back hits with “TOMBOY” and “Nxde.” Their fifth mini-album I love ranked 71st on Billboard 200, entering the Billboard chart for the first time since their debut.
Naturally, expectations for these two brilliant stars are already peaking.
