BIGBANG’s G-Dragon announced a new album coming in 2023.
YG Entertainment uploaded a video titled G-DRAGON – GUERRILLA DESK: G_Division on BIGBANG’s official YouTube channel on January 1st. This is a surprise video G-Dragon prepared for his fans in celebration of the New Year.
The video begins with him saying, “It’s been a while since I’ve said hello to everyone. I haven’t had the chance talk to you guys for a long time. I am filming this video as some of you might be wondering about my future plans and what I’ve been up to the last few years.”
BIGBANG released “Still Life” last year and proved their popularity with their new single topping major music charts in South Korea. “I did not get to meet our fans in person or on stage. But I spend the year productively while recharging my spirit, ” he said while recalling the previous year.
G-Dragon will be repaying all the love he has received in the new year. He said, “I will be working hard this year as I am planning to engage in various activities. I am also currently working on a new album. I hope I can bring you good news this year.”
He added, “You worked hard in 2022. May this year bring you good health and luck. Let us kick off the New Year with positive energy, and please look forward to hearing good news soon.”
