Netflix confirmed the release date for Single’s Inferno season 2 and dropped its main trailer with a poster.
Single’s Inferno follows young flirty Korean singles searching for love on a deserted island that they can only escape as couples for date nights on their new island paradise. Season 1, which aired in December last year, made headlines as it had many unexpected twists and turns throughout its 4-week journey. The show instantly grabbed viewers’ attention upon its release and became the first South Korean series that ranked No.4 on the TOP 10 most-watched non-English show on Netflix for two consecutive weeks.
The newly released poster shares a sneak peek of the hot new cast members arriving at the deserted island in search for romance.
The trailer begins with Kyuhyun’s narration, saying, “One decision can be the difference between paradise and inferno.” The scene then switches to the cast members candidly speaking to one another, saying, “Can we cross the line?” and “I keep mine safe. I’ve never lost it to anyone,” heightening expectations for the next season.
Like the previous season, Hong Jin Kyung, Lee Da Hee, Kyuhyun, and Hanhae will emcee the upcoming show.
Single’s Inferno season 2 will premiere on December 13th.
