Somebody shared new stills of Kim Young Kwang ahead of the series premiere. The new series is about a software developer and her friends getting caught in a web of murder and crime involving the dating app she built and a mysterious man lurking nearby.
Kim Young Kwang plays Sung Yun Oh, a successful architect with a dark and twisted secret. Director Jung Ji Woo revealed the character to be a “kind and ordinary man who sometimes has a scary look on his face.” The actor is expected to present a new side of himself in the series as Yun Oh by showing sweet kindness and unforgettable charisma at the same time.
Kang Hae Rim stars as Kim Sum, a genius software developer behind dating app “Somebody.” She described her character as a “person who has difficulty in communicating with others and doesn’t feel the need to do it.” Kim Yong Ji takes on the role of Im Mok Won who can see and feel things that no other can sense. She shed 10 kilograms (22 pounds) in order to pull off her character who is warmhearted to her friends Sum and Ki Eun. Kim Soo Yeon stars as Young Ki Eun, a cyber police who got paralyzed from the waist down due to an accident that happened to her in the pase. She shared her affection toward her character, saying, “Ki Eun and I share lots of things in common as she is the person who can survive anywhere and in any situation.”
Somebody will premiere on November 18th.
