What’s the story of Seo Ye Ji and Lee Sang Yeob in the upcoming drama Eve?
Eve tells the story of Lee Ra El, a woman that sets out on a revenge mission to end her 13-year vendetta. The cast includes Seo Ye Ji, Park Byung Eun, Yoo Sun, and Lee Sang Yeob. The Uncanny Counter director Park Bong Sub and Good Witch and Birth of a Beauty writer Yoon Young Mi have teamed up for the show.
In the drama, Seo Ye Ji plays Lee Ra El, a fatal woman who has been planning revenge after her father’s shocking death. Lee Sang Yeob, on the other hand, plays Seo Eun Pyung, the youngest member of the national assembly who’s ready to throw away everything for love.
On Wednesday, Eve released the stills of Ra El and Eun Pyung, showing two different expressions in their reunion after 13 years. While Ra El has a stern face, Eun Pyung has tears in his eyes as if he can’t hold back his emotions. The worries in his eyes especially heighten the anticipation about the two’s relationship.
Then in the last photo, Ra El is seen walking away from Eun Pyung with a determined look, raising questions as to what happened to them 13 years ago.
Meanwhile, Eve will premiere on May 275th at 10:30 PM KST.
