SHINee’s Minho and 2NE1’s Minzy have joined Extreme Debut: Wild Idol as the new “special” trainers.
According to media outlets, Minho and Minzy have officially joined MBC’s new survival show, Extreme Debut: Wild Idol. In response, an official confirmed, “Minho and Minzy have recently joined the recording for Extreme Debut: Wild Idol.”
Extreme Debut: Wild Idol is a new idol survival show that focuses on the “survival” side of the show. It plans to evaluate the contestants’ skills, physical strength, and hidden potential.
Kim Jong Kook, Cha Tae Hyun, Lee Sun Bin, Lee Hyun Yi, Kim Sung Kyu, and Brave Girls’ Yujeong were cast for the panels. These panels will gather and watch the contestants in the studio. In the meantime, Tiger JK, Bizzy, Lia Kim, NELL’s Kim Jong Wan, and Kim Sung Kyu were tabbed as the “trainers.”
And today, Minho and Minzy joined the “trainer” lineup, completing a star-studded cast. Minho will be in charge of physical strength, while Minzy will team up with Lia Kim for dance training.
Meanwhile, Extreme Debut: Wild Idol will premiere in September.
