Ahead of the season premiere on the 4th, Ji Jin Hee, Yoon Se Ah, and Kim Hye Eun gave a brief introduction to the series, The Road: One Tragedy.
Ji Jin Hee, who plays national news anchor Baek Soo Hyun, said, “It is about a journey to the truth. Sometimes, if the secret one intends to hide from the other were never a secret, it becomes a tragedy for someone. In the process of digging the facts to hide a secret, you’ll face what’s beneath the truth.”
“It’s about an unspeakable secret and a journey to unveil the bare face that we wish to hide,” said Yoon Se Ah, who plays Baek’s wife, Seo Eun Soo.
Lastly, Kim Hye Eun, who will be a midnight hour news reporter Cha Seo Young, said, “It is about a call to salvation. Life is full of choices, and many things change according to the decision. Sometimes it leads us to face salvation, but some other times, it brings us condemnation.”
