The new film ‘I Just Dropped My Smartphone’ finished its filming on June 27th.

I Just Dropped My Smartphone (literal title) begins when an ordinary office worker loses her smartphone with all her personal information. Soon, her entire life is threatened, and she starts to chase the bizarre events. The filming officially began in March.

Everything about this realistic thriller will be refreshing, from the quirky concept and unique title to captivating storytelling. Also, Im Si Wan, Kim Hee Won, and Chun Woo Hee will enliven the story even more with their acting.

Im Si Wan plays Jun Young, a mobile technician. He gets involved with Na Mi, who has lost her phone. Im shared, “The set was full of energy. I hope the audiences sympathize with the characters’ daily stories.”

Na Mi, played by Chun Woo Hee, is an ordinary office worker whose daily life falls under threat after losing her smartphone. The actress said, “All staff and actors worked hard to deliver the freshness of the script to the movie. I think the movie came out as interesting as the script, which I enjoyed reading.”

Kim Hee Won turned into Ji Man, a detective who pursues a series of mysterious events. Kim added, “It was fun to be able to work with my favorite juniors once again. I’m looking forward to this refreshing thriller that we’ve never seen before.”

Kim Tae Joon will be making his directorial debut with the movie. “I’ve been preparing this project for a long time from the writing stage,” he shared. “I did my best to make a film that can convey the intended tension. So, I am very grateful to all the staff and actors who worked hard on the site.”

I Just Dropped My Smartphone is based on the best-selling Japanese novel of the same name. Now that the filming is completed, the post-production will begin in earnest.
