SHINee’s “Don’t Call Me” has topped the list on M! Countdown.
Mnet’s M! Countdown featured a 700th episode special on the 4th, as SHINee’s “Don’t Call Me” and Kang Daniel’s “PARANOIA” rose as its winning candidates.
Whilst the honor of 1st place went to SHINee, they thanked everyone for loving an album that has made a return in a long while. They also added, “There’s something I haven’t been able to say in a long time, and there’s someone I miss and long for. I want to say that I love them,” referring to their late member Jonghyun.
On this day, (G)-IDLE and Nam Yoon Soo also expressed their happiness to be able to join the show in celebrating its 700th episode. Furthermore, in this episode were seen power stages of rookie groups including PIXY’s “Wings” and WEi’s “All or Nothing.”
Special records were also released, marking the M! Countdown‘s 700th episode. The group with the most first place went to BIGBANG as they’ve won a total of 23 times, most scores went to BTS, and the most triple crowns won was EXO.
