GOT7’s Jackson seems to be starting a new chapter in his life with new activities.
On Jan 12, Jackson posted a “coming soon” clip of his new team, Team Wang, on his Instagram Story and wrote, “Coming Soon, real soon.”
The black-and-white video also includes the words “COMING SOON, LIMITED CONCEPT SPACE FROM 17 JAN 2021”. It seems like Jackson is gearing up for the new chapter of his life with his global label Team Wang.
Meanwhile, GOT7 will end its seven-year exclusive contract with JYPE on Jan 19. Yesterday, JYPE officially announced GOT7’s departure from the agency and wrote, “Although our official relationship has come to an end, JYP will continue to sincerely support the new future that the GOT7 members will advance into.”
Jackson is expected to continue his promotions in Korea and China through Team Wang, the global label he founded. Other GOT7 members are also in talks to join new agencies.
