BTS Sweeps 3 Grand Prizes at the MMA 2020 + Takes Home a Total of 6 Awards

BTS swept all 3 Grand Prizes at the MMA 2020 (Melon Music Awards).

On Dec 5, MMA 2020 was held. With Code Kunst, Choi Jung Hoon & Simon D decorating the opening stage with their song “To All The Things That Disappeared,” BTS, Lim Young Woong, THE BOYZ, MONSTA X, IZ*ONE, Oh My Girl, TXT, and more got on stage to show their best performances. On this day, AR (Augmented Reality) was introduced to create a new level of online concert, providing spectacular attractions.

This year’s MMA was undoubtedly ruled by BTS. Not only did the group sweep all 3 grand prizes – Song of the Year Award, Artist of the Year Award, Album of the Year Award-, they also took home three more awards – Top 10 Artists Award, Netizen Popularity Award, Best Dance Award.

Lim Young Woong was awarded three major awards – Best Trot Award, TOP 10 Artists Awards, Hot Trend Award -, proving that this year has indeed been a “trot era.”
