BTS held a surprise interview on the popular late-night talk show The Late Late Show with James Corden and expressed their blissful feelings about being nominated for the Grammys.

BTS took part in The Late Late Show with James Corden on Nov 23 and 24 (local time) and showed stunning performances for “Life Goes On” and “Dynamite.”

First, they unveiled a heartfelt performance for “Life Goes On,” the title track of their new smash BE. Against the backdrop of rain and snowy winter scenery, members sang their new hit-song in a Christmas-themed room. And opening the door to a new place, BTS continued on to “Dynamite,” their latest hit-song they won the Grammys nomination with.

Then in the interview with James Corden, BTS shared the behind-the-scenes stories of their reaction clip they posted on Twitter. V said, “I think my nostrils were saying what I was feeling.” RM added, “He was frozen because he couldn’t believe it.” J-Hope jumped in and said, “Actually, I’m not in the video because I was sleeping. But I cried when I woke up.”

To the question of how important this nomination is to them, RM answered, “First of all, we’re truly honored, and it’s a huge step not only for us but also for the music industry. It makes us even happier to know how proud our fans must be right now. And it feels like our hard work has finally been paid off.”

Wrapping up their interview, BTS once again thanks ARMY, saying, “We always say this, but thanks to ARMY we are able to do music and receive all this. Thank you for your love and support ARMY!”
